摘 要:为了研究栓钉对型钢混凝土梁抗扭性能的影响,基于前期完成的7根焊接栓钉型钢混凝土梁试件的受扭试验结果,采用ABAQUS有限元软件进行多参数拓展数值模拟研究,探讨了焊接栓钉的间距、直径、位置和长度等变化参数对型钢混凝土梁抗扭性能的影响。结果表明:焊接栓钉型钢混凝土梁与梁普通型钢混凝土梁相比,其抗扭性能更优越;栓钉焊接在腹板上较焊接在翼缘上好,腹板和翼缘交错焊接栓钉,试件抗扭性能最好;增大栓钉直径对抗扭性能影响不大;栓钉间距取250~350 mm之间时,抗扭性能较好;栓钉长度延伸至纵向钢筋保护层厚度范围内,其抗扭效果更好。研究结果可为该类构件的进一步科学研究和工程应用提供参考。In order to study the influence of stud on the torsion behavior of steel reinforced concrete (SRC ) beams,experiments on seven welded stud S R C beams subject to pure torsion were carried out,and the finite element method ( FEM ) was used to analyze the torsion behavior of the welded stud SRC beams. And the influences of the displacement,diameters,location and length of welded studs on the torsional behavior of SRC beams were analyzed, as well. T he research results shows that the torsion behavior of welded stud S R C beams is better than that of the normal SRC beams ; that the stud being welded in the steel web is better than it being welded in the flange; that studs being crossly welded in both web and flange of the specimens presents the best anti-torsion behaviors ; that the diameter of stud have little effect on the torsion performance of SRC beams ; that,when the stud spacing is within 250 ?350 mm,the anti-torsion behavior of SRC beams is the excellent; that it is best for anti-torsion behavior of SRC beams if the welded stud length can reach the concrete cover layer for longitudinal reinforcement. All of the analysis results m a y help science research and application of SRC beams.
