摘 要:研究了铺层参数对纤维增强塑料排烟筒内衬偏轴拉伸性能的影响,从而为施工提供相应的数据支持。采用单向玻璃纤维布(U)/短切玻璃纤维毡(C)/乙烯基酯树脂制备层合板。设计7种不同的铺层结构:[U/U/C]、[U/U/C]2、[U/U/C]3、[U/U/C]4、[C/U/U/U/U/C]、[U/C/U/U/C/U]、[U/U/C/C/U/U],[U/U/C]为基本结构单元,[U/U/C]2、[U/U/C]3、[U/U/C]4分别为基本结构单元[U/U/C]的2叠加结构、3叠加结构和4叠加结构。采用手糊成型的方法制备板材,分别研究了基本结构单元的叠加数以及铺层顺序对7种铺层结构的偏轴拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:随着偏轴角度的增加,7种铺层结构强度逐渐下降,7种铺层结构在偏轴角度为15°时的强度相对于0°强度分别下降了49.58%、37.00%、25.98%、25.24%、40.33%、40.93%、38.80%,纤维增强塑料排烟筒内衬施工过程中造成的偏角应控制在15°以内。随着基本结构单元循环次数增加,[U/U/C]、[U/U/C]2、[U/U/C]3、[U/U/C]4四种铺层结构在0°方向的强度没有明显差异,在15°~90°偏角范围内,偏轴拉伸强度逐渐增加;[C/U/U/U/U/C]、[U/C/U/U/C/U]、[U/U/C/C/U/U]三种对称层合板在0°方向的强度比非对称[U/U/C]2提高了13.43%、25.73%和27.84%;适当增加纤维增强塑料排烟筒内衬基本结构单元数和采用对称铺层可提高偏轴强度。Effects of layer parameters on the off-axis tension properties of fiber-reinforced plastic chimney liner were studied with the purpose of providing engineering data. Unidirectional glass fiber (U),random glass fiber ( C ) and vinyl ester resin were used to prepare the hybrid composites.Seven kinds of laminated compo s ites,i . e .,[ U/ U/ C ],[ U/ U/ C ]2 , [ U/ U/ C ]3 , [ U/ U/ C ]4 , [C/ U/ U/ U/ U/ C ] , [U/ C/ U/ U/ C/ U ] and [ U/ U/ C/ C/ U/ U ] , were produced by hand lay-u p . The [ U/ U/ C ] is the basic structural u n i t ,and [ U/ U/ C ]2,[ U/ U/ C ]3 and [ U/ U/ C ]4 have respectively two, three and four basic structural units. The effects of basic structural unit superposition and ply stacking sequences on the off-axis tensile properties of the aforementioned composite types were analyzed. The results show that the off-axis tension strength of the seven laminates are decreased gradually; that ,compared to 0毅 off-ax s ,the tensile strength of the seven laminates under 15° off-axis is decreased respectively by 49. 5 8 % ,37. 00%,25. 98%,25. 2 4 %, 40. 33 % and 40. 93 % ,so the off-axis angle of fiber-reinforced plastic chimney liner should be less than 15°; that the off-axis tension strength of [U/ U/ C ],[U/ U/ C ]2,[U/ U/ C ]3 and [U/ U/ C ]4 is raised with the duplication of [U/ U/ C ] under 15° to 90° off-a x is. While there is no significant change under 0°; that,compared to the [U/ U/ C ]2 ,the off-axis tension strength of [C/ U/ U/ U/ U/ C ], [U/ C/ U/ U/ C/ U ] and [ U/ U/ C/ C/ U/ U ] is respectively improved by 13.43 %, 25.73% and 27. 84% under 0°. Increase of [ U/ U/ C ] and symmetric laminates can improve the strength of fiber-reinforced plastic chimney liner.
