专业发展视域下高校教师评价模式的构建

摘　　要：高校教师评价是高校管理的重要板块,科学的教师评价模式能够提高教师的工作积极性,提高其教学质量,促进其专业发展。当前高校教师评价还存在着一些问题,构建科学的教师评价模式,能促进高校教师专业发展。Evaluation of collage teachers is an important part of the management of colleges. A scientific evaluation mode can improve teachers^＂ enthusiasm, teaching quality and promote their professional development. The paper discusses some problems in the evaluation of college teachers and draws a conclusion that only building a scientific evaluation mode can promote the professional development of teachers in colleges.
