高校微平台建设对大学生遵纪守规意识及行为影响的调查

摘　　要：微信、微博等微平台构成了校园微观法制环境的重要部分,其对大学生在校期间遵纪守规的意识和行为有着重要影响。研究选取天津4所院校的400名学生进行了抽样问卷调查,根据调查结果分析这种影响主要体现在:微平台为其自律意识形成和能力提升提供有利环境;微平台惩罚性规则的适用,强化其对遵循规则重要性的认识;微平台的规范建设帮助其形成良好的遵纪守规意识和行为习惯等,并在此基础上提出改善的对策:规范校方微平台体系建设;建立管理制度规范学生在微平台中的行为;进行网络法制化管理,维护良好校园法治环境。We Chat, micro-blog and other micro platform constitute the essential part of campus micro legal environment, which has an important influence on the students and makes them abide by the school rules. A sample questionnaire survey was conducted among 400 students in 4 colleges in Tianjin. Based on the survey, the results and analysis of the influence of micro platform on College Students＇ compliance consciousness and behavior mainly are shown in the following aspects ： Micro platform provides favorable environment for college students to form a sense of self-discipline and enhance the ability; the application of micro platform punitive rules strengthens their understanding of the importance of following rules; specification for the construction of micro platform helps them form a good habit to obey the school system and discipline. On the basis of the above analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the construction of the micro platform system, the establishment of the management system, the regulation of the students 〃 behavior in the micro platform, the legalization of the network management, and the maintenance of a good legal environment of the campus.
