摘 要:为满足高效节能保温窗的要求,提出了单框四玻窗的概念。利用Therm7.4、Window7.4软件建立不同单框塑料窗的结构和物理传热模型,采用数值模拟的方法计算并分析玻璃层数对窗户的传热系数、太阳得热系数等热工性能的影响,找出其节能机理。在数值模拟的基础上,对单框四玻塑料窗的抗风压性能、气密性能和水密性能等物理特性,以及窗户内表面是否会发生结露现象进行分析。结果表明:相同条件下,相对单框双玻塑料窗而言,单框四玻塑料窗的传热系数降低了27.7%,太阳得热系数降低了11.8%,而且窗户的物理性能和经济性能亦满足要求。另外,如果采用Low-e玻璃等新材料,窗户的热工性能会有进一步改善,这对降低建筑整体能耗有重要意义。It proposes the concept of single - frame and four - glass window, which is high - efficient and energy - saving thermal insulation window. Therm 7. 4 and Window 7. 4 are used to establish models of different single - frame plastic windows in terms of structures and physical heat transfer, and the method of numerical simulation is used to calculate and analyze the influences of glass layers on thermal performance of windows which would help to find out the energy - saving mechanism. On the basis of numerical simulation, the new type window's physical properties including wind load resistance performance, air permeability performance, watertight performance and condensation on the inner surface of window are calculated and analyzed. The results indicate that the thermal transmittance o f the single - frame and four - glass plastic window is cut by 27. 7 % compared with double - glass window, while the solar heat gain coefficient is cut by 11. 8% , and the physical properties and economic performance also meet requirements. Moreover, i f new materials (i. e. Low - eglass) are used, thermal performance will be further improved which is significant to reduce building energy consumption.
