摘　　要：移动GIS的领导工作用图系统,为各级领导进行实时管理提供高效便利的空间信息查询统计服务,为科学决策提供有效的辅助手段。系统整合基础地理数据集和动态专题数据集,运用混合更新模式,减少由于主观选址或判断的重复操作和复杂程度,实现实时准确地掌握城市规划符合及变化情况,提高日常办公管理水平。Leadership Work Map System based on mobile GIS provide efficient and convenient services,allows real-time management ol leadership at all levels, to provide an effective adjunct to scientific decision-making .The system integrated basis geography data and dynamic thematic data,make use ol mix model, reduce the subjective siting repeated operations and complexity or judgment in order to achieve real-time and accurate grasp of urban planning compliance and changes to improve the daily office management.
