摘　　要：为提高政府公共管理和公共服务水平,加快和谐社区建设,构建了网格化智慧社区综合信息系统。设计了包括网络层、数据层、支撑层、表现层的业务架构,构建了以Web服务为基本组件、SQL Server为业务数据库、Geodatabase为空间地理数据库、C#为主体开发语言,基于SOA体系结构和Arc GIS API for Java Script程序接口的社区一体化Web GIS信息系统。本系统可以实现社区业务数据的采集、集成、发布与共享,为智慧社区的精细化服务与管理提供了科学的技术支撑。To improve public management and service level of the government,and speed up the construction of harmonious community the grid-based smart community integrated information system was constructed. The authors designed the business architecture consisting of network layer,data layer,support layer and presentation layer,and built the community integrated Web GIS information system based on SOA and the program interface of Arc GIS API for Java Script. The system has taken Web Services as basic components,taken SQL Server as business database,taken Geodatabase as spatial geographic base and taken C# as the main development language. The system can collect,integrate,publish and share the community business data and provide scientific and technical support for the service and management refinement of smart community.
