摘　　要：由于铁路用地管理过程中有很多难题,日常监管有待加强,为了适应新的铁路用地管理水平,本文在分析铁路管理中遇到的难题及天津市铁路局提出的需求基础上,设计并实现了铁路用地地籍管理系统。重点分析了研发过程中所涉及的关键技术,并对主要功能及技术实现进行了详细阐述,最后对系统的创新与特色进行了总结。It has many problems in the process of railway land management,daily supervision needs to be strengthened. In order to adapt to the new railway land management level,based on the analysis of the problems in the management of the railway and the Tianjin Railway Bureau requirements,this paper designs and implements the cadastral management system for railway. The key technologies involved in the research and development process are analyzed,and the main functions and technical realization are described in detail,in the end the innovations and features are summarized.
