摘　　要：介绍了某住宅小区地下室车库通风与排烟的设计方法和特点,说明了地下车库暖通设计中需注意的几个问题,重点阐述了地下车库通风的三种计算方法,提出了符合该住宅小区的最优暖通设计方案。This paper introduces the design method and characteristics of ventilation and smoke exhaust in a residential district basement garage.This paper explains the main problems in the HVAC design of underground garage,introduces three calculation methods of underground garage ventilation,and puts forward the optimum design scheme of heating and ventilation system in accordance with the residential district.
