健康教育应用于高血压护理中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析与探讨健康教育应用于高血压护理中的临床效果,为临床提高高血压患者的治疗效果提供指导。方法采取随机抽样的方法,将该院于2014年6月—2016年6月期间收治的90例高血压患者当作研究对象,按照入院先后顺序,遵循平均、对照、随机的分组原则,将患者分为研究组和对照组各45例。在常规应用利尿药、β受体阻断药、钙拮抗药等降压药物进行治疗的基础上,为对照组患者实施常规护理干预措施,对研究组患者实施常规护理干预措施与健康教育,观察、总结并比较两组患者的服药依从性、临床治疗效果与护理满意度。结果研究组患者的服药依从性、临床治疗总有效率、护理满意度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在高血压护理中有着良好的应用效果,可有效提高患者的临床治疗效果、服药依从性与护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of health education in the nursing of hypertension and provide guidance for improving the treatment effect of patients with hypertension in clinic. Methods 90 cases of patients with hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 45 cases in each according to the admission order, both groups adopted the emictory,β-receptor antagonists and calcium antagonist for treatment, the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention measures, while the research group adopted the routine nursing intervention measures and health education, and the medication compliance, clinical treatment effect and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were observed, summarized and compared. Results The medication compliance, total clinical treatment effective rate and nursing satisfactory degree in the research group were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of health education in the nursing of hypertension is good, which can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, medication compliance and nursing satisfactory degree of patients, and it is worth promotion and application.
