健康教育在老年心血管病患者护理管理中的作用探析

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在老年心血管病患者护理管理中的作用。方法遵循随机抽样原则,选取该院心血管内科于2014年6月—2016年6月期间收治的老年心血管病患者140例作为研究对象,回顾性研究患者的一般资料与病历资料。按入院先后,采取随机、对照、平均的分组方法,将患者分为研究组、对照组两组,各70例。对照组患者接受常规护理管理,研究组在常规护理管理的基础上接受健康教育。对比分析两组患者的服药依从度、临床护理效果、护理满意度。结果经过护理后,研究组患者的服药依从度、临床治疗效果、护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在老年心血管病患者护理管理中有着良好的应用价值,可有效提高患者的服药依从度、治疗效果以及护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of health education in the nursing management in the senile patients with angiocardiopathy. Methods 140 cases of senile patients with angiocardiopathy admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and the general data and case records of patients were retrospectively researched, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups with 70 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing management, while the research group adopted the health education on the basis of the control group,and the medication compliance degree, clinical nursing effect and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing, the medication compliance degree, clinical treatment effect and nursing satisfactory degree in the research group were better than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application value of health education in the nursing management in the senile patients with angiocardiopathy is good, which can effectively improve the medication compliance degree, treatment effect and nursing satisfactory degree of patients, and it is worth clinical promotion.
