摘  要:目的探讨长期电话回访对出院的慢性病患者的效果。方法对2014年1月—2015年6月从该科出院的慢性病患者进行电话回访,调查其对医护满意度、服药依从性、遵医行为。结论对出院的慢性病患者进行长期电话回访不但可以提高患者的满意度,而且可提高患者服药依从性、遵医行为,从而提高患者的健康行为。Objective To study the effect of long-term telephone follow-up on the discharged patients with chronic diseases. Methods The discharged patients with chronic disease in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were followed up by telephones, and the nurse-patient satisfactory degree, medication compliance and compliance behavior of them were surveyed. Conclusion The long-term telephone follow-up for the discharged patients with chronic diseases can not only improve the satisfactory degree of patients, but also improve the medication compliance and compliance behavior of patients thus improving the healthy behavior of patients, which is worth clinical promotion.
