摘 要:目的探讨化妆品不良反应的发生规律和特点,指导消费者正确选择并安全使用化妆品,为监测和监管部门提供依据和数据支持,最大限度减少化妆品损害事件的发生。方法对收集的185例化妆品不良反应患者从发病人群、发病特点、职业分布、化妆品品种以及影响因素等方面进行分析。结果本组185例报告中,184例为女性(占99.46%)男性1例(占0.54%);年龄集中在20~40岁;严重不良反应17例(9.19%),一般不良反应168例(90.81%);有过敏史的患者68例(36.76%);涉及416种化妆品,151个品牌;发生部位主要分布在面部175例次(81.78%);其次是颈部15例次(7.01%);皮损形态,出现例次依次为红斑、丘疹、水肿等;接触性皮炎138例(73.40%),激素依赖性皮炎22例(11.70%),化妆品痤疮20例(10.64%);83例有效化妆品原物斑贴试验中,阳性表现31例(37.35%),阴性表现52例(62.65%);来自美容美发机构的产品斑贴试验阳性率最高,为29.79%,其次为网购产品阳性率为26.53%。结论化妆品不良反应类型以接触性皮炎为主,应加强网购及美容美发机构化妆品的监测监管力度,大力开展化妆品斑贴试验,可有助于指导消费者选购和安全使用化妆品。Objective To investigate and analyze the regulities and features of cosmetics adverse reaction in order to guide costumers to selecet it correctly and use it safely,provide proof and suport for monitoring branchesstatus and reduce cosmetics adverse reaction.Methods 185 cases of cometics adverse reaction were collected and analyzed by sex,age,prfession,catergory,and impactor factors. Results In this series,it was found that there were 184 females(accounting for99. 46%) cand 1 male(accounting for 0.54%),aged mainly from 20 to 40,17 cases of severe adverse reactions(accounting for 9.19%),168 cases of general adverse reaction(accounting for 90. 81%),68 cases of allergy reactions(accounting for36. 76%),416 categories of cosmetics,151 brands,175 cases of facial lesions(accounting for 81.78%),15 cases of neck lesions(accounting for 7.01%),shapes of skin lesions with a occuring sequence of erythema,papule,edema and so on,138 case of contact dermatitis(accounting for 73.40%),22 cases of hormone-dependent dermatitis(accounting for 11.70%),20 cases of cometics acneiforms(accounting for 10.64%),31 cases of positive manifestations(accounting for 37.35%) and 52 cesess of negtive manifestations(accounting for 62. 65%) among 83 cases of valid cosmetics patch test. Positive ratio with29.79% of patch test of cosmetics bought from beauty institutions and positive ratio with 26.53% of patch test of cosmetics from online shopping.Conclusion The major kind of cosmetics adverse reactions is contact ermatitis,monitoring on cosmetics from online shopping and beauty shop should be strengthened and cosmetics patch test should be extensively performed that would be beneficial to costumers in selecting and using cosmetics.
