摘　　要：针对高压静电除尘设备灰斗电加热器存在加热成本高、维修不便等问题,采用新型灰斗蒸汽加热器装置替代电加热,利用西门子S7-200实现恒温自动控制,利用组态王6.5软件实现监控部分的人机界面,通过人机界面可设定系统的工作方式和相关参数,并可监控灰斗加热系统的运行情况,将灰斗温度控制在规定的精度范围,具有较好的应用价值。This paper describes the use of Siemens S7-200 programmable controller of automatic temperature control system.Monitoring part of the human-machine interface using Kingview 6.5 software.through man-machine interface system can set the working methods and parameters,can control the ash bucket electric heating system operation.The ash bucket heater temperature control system can be gray bucket temperature control accuracy in the scope reduce the labor intensity.
