摘 要:用GC-MS对八氟丙烷精馏重组分中的有机氟碳化合物进行定性分析,八氟丙烷精馏重组分中主要含有六种有机碳氟化合物,保留时间分别为7.6min、12.1min、19.3min、25.2min、29.0min和34.1min。对各化合物的质谱图进行分析,六种有机碳氟化合物分别为八氟丙烷、六氟丙烯、全氟正丁烷、七氟丙烷、全氟正戊烷和全氟正己烷,并根据每个峰的质谱图,对每种有机碳氟化合物的碎裂机理进行了分析。对八氟丙烷精馏重组分进行定性分析,确认各组分的结构,有助于回收利用八氟丙烷精馏重组分,有效减少三废排放,创造经济效益。The fluorocarbons in the heavy residue from the distillation of octafluoropropane were analyzed by GC-MS. The heavy residue contained six kinds of organic fluorocarbons with the retention time of 7.6 min, 12.2 min, 19.3 min, 25.2 min, 29.0 min and 34.1min respectively. The mass spectrum of each compound was analyzed, and the six kinds of or organic fluorocarbons were octafluoropropane, hexafluoropropene, perfluoro-n-butane, heptafluoropropane, pefluoro-n-pentane and perfluoro-n-hexane respectively. The fragmentation mechanism of each organic fluorocarbons was analyzed in accordance with the spectrum of each peak. The heavy residue was analyzed and the structure of each organic fluorocarbons was confirmed, which would help to recycle the heavy residue, reduce waste and create economic benefits.
