摘  要:本文以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)为基质材料,二硫化钼(MoS2)为固体润滑剂,添加一定质量分数的碳纤维(CF)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)和氧化铝(Al2O3)等增强填料,采用模压烧结工艺制备改性PTFE密封材料,并对材料成型的模压烧结工艺进行单因素试验和正交试验以确定最佳的材料成型工艺条件。按照优化后的成型工艺条件制备改性PTFE密封材料,性能测试结果表明,改性PTFE密封材料的维氏硬度4.95HV、压缩率19.52%、回弹率55%、蠕变率27.5%、蠕变变形量0.79mm、应力松弛率28.9%、体积电阻率3.2×10^13Ω·m、模塑收缩率2.4%。The modified PTFE sealing materials were prepared by die pressing and sintering process, which used the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as matrix material, the molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) as solid lubricant, and carbon fiber (CF), Alumina (Al2O3), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) as reinforcing fillers. Additionally, the single factor and orthogonal experiments were used to study the optimal conditions of die pressing and sintering process. The results revealed that the PTFE composite prepared at optimized conditions showed the finest properties with the hardness of 4.95HV, compression rate of 19.52%, resilience rate of 55%, creep rate of 27.5%, creep deformation of 0.79mm, stress relaxation rate of 28.9%, volume resistivity of 3.2×10^13Ω·m and molding shrinkage of 2.4%.
