摘  要:扩压器矩形法兰为非标结构件,其受力情况复杂,设计影响因素较多。根据矩形法兰的实际工况,对其进行了传统方法设计计算和有限元分析。首先采用当量圆法对初步设计的矩形法兰强度进行了校核,然后利用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行了静态分析,获得了应力及变形分布结果。计算结果对比表明:采用当量圆法与有限元法相结合的方式,可提高矩形法兰设计的可靠性,在工程设计中具有重要的应用价值。The rectangular flange for diffuser is a non-standard component, which has the complexity of force conditions and more influencing factors during the design. According to the actual work condition of rectangular flange, it is designed in a classical method and analyzed in finite element method in this paper. Firstly it calculates the strength of preliminary design of the rectangular flange with the equivalent circle method, and then the static analysis is carried out with ANSYS software, obtaining the distribution of stress and deformation. Comparison of calculation results show that it can improve the reliability of the design for the rectangular flange by using a combination of equivalent circle method and finite element method, which has very important application value in engineering design.
