摘 要:采用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷对稻壳粉进行表面处理,然后在BPO引发剂的作用下与HDPE混合挤出制备了稻壳粉/HDPE复合材料。对复合材料进行力学性能测试和熔融指数测定,并对硅烷接枝HDPE粒子进行红外分析,同时电镜扫描分析偶联剂处理对复合材料微观形貌的影响。结果表明:偶联剂的加入,降低了熔体流动速率,使得木塑复合材料各组分的分散性和相容性得到了改善;当偶联剂、HDPE和稻壳粉的质量比为1:100:50时,复合材料的力学性能最佳,其中弯曲强度相对于未加偶联剂的复合材料提高了32.24%,冲击强度提高了140.00%;稻壳粉的增加,降低了熔体流动速率,提高了复合材料的弯曲强度,降低了拉伸强度、冲击强度和断裂伸长率;硅烷接枝HDPE粒子红外分析表明乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷已经熔融接枝在HDPE分子上。This study investigated the treating effects office husk powder with silane coupling agent on the physical and mechanical properties of resulting rice husk powder/high density polyethylene composites. The mechanical properties and melt index were tested. The infrared analysis for particles of silane grafted high density polyethylene was done. And electron microscope scannings of HDPE/rice husk powder composites were tested. The results showed addition of coupling agent reduced the melt flow rate and improved the dispersion and compatibility of HDPE/rice husk powder composite. The best performance of the mechanical properties of HDPE/rice husk powder composite was obtained while the mass ratio of coupling agent, HDPE and rice husk powder was 1:100:50. Compared with composite without coupling agent, the bending strength of composite with best mechanical properties was increased by 32.24%, and the impact strength was increased by 140.00%. While rice husk powder content increased, the melt flow rate of HDPE/rice husk powder was decreased, the bending strength was increased, and the tensile strength, impact strength and elongation at break were reduced. The infrared analysis for particles of silane grafted HDPE showed that the grafting reaction for coupling agent and HDPE was occurred.
