摘  要:通过对材料的磁学性能、机械加工性能和材料状态分析,泥浆脉冲发生器电磁阀选用真空炉冶炼的电工纯铁DT4C材料,该材料钢质纯净度高,电磁性能好,但特性软在切削加工时容易出现“粘刀”现象,选用高速钢刀具低速加工,比较安全、可靠,能保证零件有好的切削性能和表面粗糙度。同时,还分析了合金中的杂质、残余应力及当动铁芯与静铁芯吸合时存在的空隙对电磁阀吸力的影响,并提出解决的方法。Through the analysis of materials magnetic properties, machining performance and material state, electrical pure iron DT4C material with vacuum furnace smelting is used in mud pulse generator electromagnetic valve. This material has high purity and good electromagnetic properties, but it is prone to "stick knife" in the machining process, high speed steel cutting tool is used in low speed machining. It is safe and reliable, and can ensure the good cutting performance and surface roughness of parts. At the same time, it also analyzes the impurity in the alloy, residual stress and the influence that the gap has on the electromagnetic suction when moving iron core attracted the static iron core and stick together. The ways to resolve the problems are also put forward.
