摘 要:目前,非道路柴油机向着高转速,高动力,轻量化方向发展的同时,又受到经济性和排放性的制约。这种情况造成了非道路柴油机热负荷及热应力水平增高,零部件工作环境变得恶劣。因此,提高非道路柴油机冷却系统的工作性能就变得越来越迫切。目前一维仿真分析已经克服了一些传统方法的局限性,变得更为方便、精确,并逐渐成为非道路柴油机冷却系统优化设计的一种重要手段。The non-road diesel engine is developing towards the high speed, high power, and light weight at present, and the engine is also restricted by the economical efficiency, and emission regulation. The conditions cause the increase of thermal load and thermal stress, so the working environment of the parts is becoming severe. Therefore, increasing the working performance of diesel engine cooling system is becoming more and more stringent. At present, 1D numerical simulation has overcame some limitation of traditional method and has the advantages of more convenience and more precision, and which is gradually becoming a principle method to optimize cooling system in diesel engines.
