摘　　要：设计一种可对车用电子油门进行自动标定与检测的装置。该装置主要由上位机软件、控制器以及步进电机组成。上位机软件通过RS232总线与控制器进行标定指令与检测数据交互。控制器实时接收上位机的标定指令并进一步控制步进电机,实现对电子油门的数据标定工作。标定完成后,控制器对电子油门的线性度与同步度进行实时检测并将检测数据上传给上位机进行显示。An automatic calibration and detection device is designed for vehicle electronic throttle. The device consists of host computer software, controller and stepping motor. The calibration instruction and test data interaction between host computer software and controller are conducted through RS232 bus. The controller receives the calibration instruction from host computer in real-time, further controls stepping motor, and then finishes the data calibration of the electronic throttle. After calibration, the controller can detect the linearity and synchronization of the electronic throttle in real time, and upload and display the data to the host computer.
