摘　　要：针对现有MPI环境不支持机群单一系统映像的缺点,对其实现方式进行深入研究,提出通过在MPI实现底层嵌入透明通信协议的方法实现应用进程在机群节点中的透明通信,在此基础上进一步实现进程在机群节点间的自由迁移,进而达到使MPI应用程序运行在单一系统映像操作系统上的目标。最后通过在具体实例MPICH2底层嵌入透明通信协议TIPC来实现在单一系统映像上运行MPI应用程序。结果证明本方案不仅可行,还在具体应用中提高了通信效率。Aiming at the deficiency of MPI Implementations not supporting SSI（Single System Image）, the conception of transparent communication is proposed first, and based on the conception, a scheme making the MPI Implementations and SSI compatible via migrating processes among nodes in a cluster is advanced subsequently. At last, the scheme is realized in the way of embedding the TIPC（Transparent Inter-Process Communication） Protocol in the bottom layer of MPICH2.The result indicate that, the technique this paper proposed is not only feasible, the communication efficiency is enhanced as well.
