苏黄止咳胶囊治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎30例

摘　　要：目的观察苏黄止咳胶囊对小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将60例小儿过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组给予氯雷他定片治疗,治疗组给予苏黄止咳胶囊,2周为一个疗程。结果对照组总有效率为73.3%,治疗组总有效率为90%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果提示:苏黄止咳胶囊可以有效缓解小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床症状,较对照组临床疗效更优,且未见不良反应,是治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎有效可行的治疗方案。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the Suhuang Z hike capsule in the treatment of paediatric allergic rhinitis.Methods 60 cases of children suffering allergic rhinitis were divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. Loratadine tablet was used in the control group for two weeks, and Suhuang Zhike capsule was used in the treatment group.Results The objective response rate of the control group and treatment group was 73.3 % and 90%, respectivelt, and there was statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The results showed that Suhuang Zhike capsule can relieve the clinic symptoms of paedi-atric allergic rhinitis effectively like rhinocnesmus, rhinobyon, sternutation and rhinorrhea. Besides, adverse reaction did not appear.So the clinical effect of the treatment group is better than the control group. It is feasible and effective method for treating paediatric allergic rhinitis.
