三金片联合左氧氟沙星注射液治疗尿路感染31例

摘　　要：目的探讨三金片联合左氧氟沙星注射液治疗尿路感染湿热下注证的临床疗效,以指导临床治疗。方法本文选择62例尿路感染患者,并随机分为2组。治疗组31例采用三金片联合左氧氟沙星注射液治疗,对照组31例采用左氧氟沙星注射液治疗,进行疗效比较。2组均以7 d为1个疗程,观察2个疗程。结果在疾病总疗效方面,有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组(总有效率96.77%)明显优于对照组(总有效率74.19%);在症状改善方面,有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论三金片联合左氧氟沙星注射液治疗尿路感染湿热下注证的疗效较好,不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Sanjin tablets in combination with levofloxacin injection in treatment of urinary tract infection, and to guide clinical treatment. Methods In this paper, 62 cases patients with urinary tract infection were se-lected, and they were randomly divided into treatment group of 31 cases with Sanjin tablets with levofloxacin injection therapy and 31 cases in the control group were treated by levofloxacin injection. The curative effect was compared. 7 days was a period of treatment,and two groups were observed 2 course of treatment. Results The total effective rate in disease had significant differences（ P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group（96.77%） was better than that of the control group 74.19%）. In terms of symptom improvement, there were significant differences（ P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion Sanjin tablets in combination with levofloxacin injection in the treatment of urinary tract infection has good curative effect and less adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
