摘　　要：目的观察瑶医火攻疗法治疗功能性便秘脾肾阳虚证的临床疗效。方法应用瑶医火攻疗法治疗脾肾阳虚证功能性便秘患者;68例患者随机分为2组,观察组(34例)给予瑶医火攻疗法,对照组(34例)给予口服莫沙必利片,2组均以3周为1疗程。观察2组的临床疗效。结果总有效率观察组为88.2%,对照组为67.6%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑶医火攻疗法治疗功能性便秘脾肾阳虚证更具疗效优势,值得进一步探究。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect o f Yao medicine fire therapy in treating functional constipation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome. Methods 68 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group（34 cas-es） was given Yao medicine fire therapy and the control group（34 cases） was given oral mosapride citrate tablets. Both the groups were cured for 3 weeks as a course of treatment. The clinical effect of two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 88.2% and 67.6%, respectively, and the differences between those two groups were sta-tistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yao medicine fire therapy has advantages to treat functional constipation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome, which deserves further exploration.
