慢性阻塞性肺疾病气道黏液高分泌的中医药临床研究现状

摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是以进行性不完全可逆性气流受限为特征的慢性肺部疾病,是呼吸系统的常见病和多发病,其发病过程始终贯穿着气道黏液高分泌现象。气道黏液高分泌发病机制复杂,与COPD相互作用,影响COPD患者病情变化及预后。中医药对COPD气道黏液高分泌治疗具有确切疗效,本文就近年中医药对COPD气道黏液高分泌的临床研究现状作一简述。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） is a chronic lung disease characterized by progressive incomplete reversible airflow limitation, which is a common and frequently encountered disease of respiratory system. Airway mucus hypersecretion throughout the disease process, its pathogenesis is complex, interacts with COPD, affecting the changes and prognosis of COPD patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has exact effect on COPD airway mucus hypersecretion treatment, and it would be made a brief of its clinical study of the current situation in this paper.
