摘  要:为更好地掌握含硫原油对储罐的腐蚀机理并做好防腐工作、延长储罐的实际使用寿命,通过分析原油中的硫和硫化物的存在形式,较为详细地阐述含硫原油对储罐的主要腐蚀部位和危害,同时重点研究了原油中活性硫对储罐腐蚀的影响程度及其腐蚀机理,有针对性的对储罐腐蚀提出了相应的防腐措施,并对现有储罐腐蚀的监测技术提出建议,为储罐的设计和维护提供一定的参考。In order to investigate the corrosion mechanism of the sulfur crude oil to the storage tanks and to implement corrosion prevention as well as to extend the service life of the storage tanks, the existing forms of sulfur component and sulfide in the crude oil were analyzed; and the main corroded parts and damage of sour crude oil to storage tanks were described in detail, including the influence of active sulfur there and its corrosion mechanism so as to propose the anti-corrosion measures for the storage tanks and suggestions of monitoring the corrosion. Thus it can provide a reference for the design and maintenance of the storage tanks.
