摘 要:目的探讨新生儿低血糖与早期神经发育迟缓的相关性。方法选取本院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的80例低血糖新生儿,发生早期神经发育迟缓的20例为研究组,余下60例为对照组,对可能造成早期神经发育迟缓的相关诱因进行单因素分析,有显著差异的因素行多因素logistic回归分析,筛选出独立性危险因素。结果单因素分析可见低血糖新生儿的胎龄、出生体质量、妊娠期糖尿病、新生儿窒息、开奶时间、惊厥、血糖水平、低血糖持续时间、脑电图(electroencephalogram,EGG)检查与早期神经发育迟缓有关(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析可见新生儿窒息、惊厥、低血糖水平、低血糖持续时间超过24小时、脑电图检查异常为新生儿低血糖发生早期神经发育迟缓的独立性危险因素(P<0.05)。结论新生儿窒息、惊厥、低血糖水平、低血糖持续时间超过24小时、脑电图检查异常为新生儿低血糖患儿发生早期神经发育迟缓的独立性危险因素,临床上应当重视此类危险因素,并尽早干预。Objective To study the correlation between neonatal hypoglycemia and early delayed neurodevelopment. Method 80 cases of neonatal hypoglycemia from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were treated, and 20 cases of early delayed neurodevelopment for the test, the rest 60 cases as control group, the related factors for early may cause delayed neurodevelopment on the single factor analysis of significant differences in factor multivariable logistic regression analysis, screening independent risk factors. Result Single factor analysis: children with neonatal hypoglycemia gestational age, birth body mass, gestational diabetes, neonatal asphyxia, open milk time, convulsions, blood sugar level, duration of low blood sugar, EGG inspection related to early delayed neurodevelopment (P〈0.05); multivariable logistic regression analysis: neonatal asphyxia, convulsions, low blood sugar level, hypoglycemia lasting more than 24 h, EGG checked exception to the independence of the neonatal hypoglycemia occurred early delayed neurodevelopment risk factors (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Neonatal asphyxia, convulsions, low blood sugar level, hypoglycemia lasting more than 24 hours, electroencephalogram checked exception for children with neonatal hypoglycemia happened early independent risk factor for delayed neurodevelopment, such should be paid great attention to the clinical risk factors and early intervention.
