摘　　要：目的探讨高渗盐水激发试验在慢性咳嗽患儿检查中的应用及在病因诊断中发挥的作用。方法选择2013年1月至2014年1月间于山东省枣庄市枣庄矿业集团枣庄医院收治的90例慢性咳嗽患儿作为研究对象,使用电动射流雾化器为患儿进行高渗盐水支气管激发试验并进行诱导痰处理。结果咳嗽变异性哮喘40例,所占比例最大(44.44%),其次为感染后咳嗽(36.67%)。高渗盐水激发试验过程中,4例患儿出现胸闷、头晕以及咳嗽等不良症状,给予400μg沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗之后好转。痰诱导过程中没有患儿出现不良反应。结论高渗盐水激发试验可以有效提高支气管哮喘的确诊率,在该病的诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗与预后过程中都可以发挥重要作用,临床价值较大,值得推广,以此提高慢性咳嗽患儿的诊治水平。Objective To explore the high salt proocation tests in children with chronic cough to check the application and role in the etiology diagnosis. Method Our hospital in January 2013 to January 2014 treated 90 cases of children with chronic cough as the research object, using electric jet atomizer for patients with hypertonic saline bronchial provocation tests and induced sputum processing. Result 40 cases of cough variant asthma, according to the proportion of up to 44.44%, followed by cough after infection by 36.67%. Hypertonic saline excitation test process, 4 cases of children with chest tightness, dizziness and adverse symptoms such as cough, 400 micrograms of salbutamol aerosol improved after treatment. Sputum induction in the process of children with no adverse reaction. Conclusion hypertonic saline challenge tests can effectively improve the positive rate of bronchial asthma, in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease can play an important role in the process, clinical value is bigger, worthy of promotion, to improve the diagnosis and treatment of children with chronic cough.
