心理护理干预对高龄不孕患者心理状态及助孕结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预对高龄不孕患者心理状态及助孕结局的影响。方法选取2015年2月~2016年2月期间在我院接受治疗的高龄不孕患者200例,随机分成2组,每组100例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施心理护理。比较两组心理状况和助孕结局。结果对照组SCL-90各项目评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组临床妊娠率22%(22/100)低于观察组35%(35/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预能有效改善高龄不孕患者心理状态,提高临床妊娠率,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on mental state and outcome of assisted reproduction of older infertile patients. Methods 200 selected older infertile patients treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,100 cases in each. Control group took routine nursing,observation group took psychological nursing. The mental state and outcome of assisted reproduction of two groups were compared. Results The scores of SCL-90 in control group were significantly higher than observation group（ P〈0. 05）;The clinical pregnancy rate of control group was 22%（ 22 /100）,significantly lower than 35%（ 35 /100） of observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve mental state of older infertile patients and increase clinical pregnancy rate,which has higher clinical application value.
