摘　　要：介绍了电子行业标准《制造执行系统(MES)规范第15部分:化工行业制造执行系统软件功能》的编制背景、用途和适用范围、编制原则,规范了化工行业MES的术语、功能组成、功能要求、内外接口、主要管理对象属性集、系统架构及要求。The paper gives the background, purposes, development principles of electronics standard ＂specification of manufacturing execution systems （MES） - part 15： software function of manufacturing executive system for chemical industry＂. For better understanding the standard, the paper presents the terminology, functional components, functional specifications, internal and external interface, model object attributes, system architecture and specifications.
