摘　　要：目的了解大连市第三人民医院临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性的变迁。方法对该院2011~2015年临床分离的987株鲍曼不动杆菌进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验。结果鲍曼不动杆菌对多种抗生素耐药率高,对亚胺培南耐药率上升较快,出现泛耐药株。结论鲍曼不动杆菌耐药情况日趋严重,应采取相应的控制措施,规范临床用药,合理使用抗生素,遏制耐药株增长,预防院内感染。Objective To investigate changing of antibiotic resistance in A cinetobacter baumannii （A.baumannii） isolates in The Third People＇s Hospital of Dalian City.Methods A total of 987 clinical strains of A.baumannii were collected during 2011-2015.Bacteria identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing were performed for these strains.Re- suits The resistance rate of A.baumannii to the common antimicrobial agents increased,especially to Imipenem.Conclusion The antimicrobial resistance of A.baumannii is becoming more and more serious,appropriate control measures should be taken to regulate the clinical use of drugs,to use antibiotics rationally,to prevent the growth of drug-resistant strai.ns,and to prevent hospital infection.
