摘 要:结合微机电系统(MEMS)无线传感器节点的功耗特点,介绍一种片上集成光伏微能源能量管理方案及系统。根据有无光照条件,能量管理方案由能量存储、混合供电、充电保护、并联供电和能量转存五个状态组成,实现能量的存储、传输和供电管理。另外,设计了片上集成光伏微能源系统,其采用固体薄膜锂离子电池为能量存储器,电容器作为辅助存储器,并利用旁路法进行能量存储器的过充电保护,在传感器激活状态利用混合供电模式为节点供电,设计系统具有较高的集成工艺兼容性和输出稳定性。Energy management scheme and the system of the photovoltaic micro power integrated on chip were introduced based on the power characteristics of the micro electromechanical systems (MEMS) wireless sensor nodes. According to the light condition, the energy management scheme included five states (energy storage state, combined power supply state, charging protection state, parallel power supply state and energy translation storage state). The energy conversion, energy storage and power supply for the MEMS wireless sensor nodes were realized by using the scheme. In addition, the system of photovoltaic micro power integrated on chip was designed based on the energy management scheme. The system had batter process compatibility by using solid thin-film Li-ion battery and bypass protection to prevent overcharge of the batter. The parallel power supply was used for the MEMS sensor under the activated state, and the system had batter output stability.
