摘 要:以氢镍蓄电池恒流放电时平均发热量为测量对象,提出了一种测量发热量的新方法——比对法,基于集总参数法针对其内在规律进行理论推导,并开展了加热、放电工况实验、再加热验证实验及比对法与绝热法对比实验研究。提出了加热时电池的内在规律及恒流放电平均发热量的计算方法,且实验放电曲线与再加热曲线相吻合,验证了比对法实验的有效性。实验过程表明:相对于绝热法,比对法更为简单、高效,可操作性强,能够较好地满足工程需求,可应用于相关卫星型号氢镍蓄电池发热量测试,具有较好的工程实践意义。Taking average calorific value of constant current discharge of Ni-MH battery as measure object, a new method of measuring calorific value, namely comparison method, was put forward. Theoretical derivation was taken based on lumped parameter method and aiming at the comparison method inherent law. Then heating and discharge condition test, reheat validation test, and comparison of comparison method and adiabatic method test study were taken. Inherent law of battery in heating condition was put forward and calculation method of average calorific value in constant current discharge was obtained. Discharge curve was consistent with reheat curve so as to prove validity of comparison method. Test shows that comparison method is more simple, efficient and operable compared with adiabatic method. It could meet demand of engineering well and apply to Ni-MH Battery calorific value test of relevant satellite model number. It had a good engineering practice significance.
