摘  要:最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)技术是空间电源技术的一个重要分支,尤其适用于深空探测和低轨道大功率卫星的电推进平台。基于MPPT技术的电源控制器的工程化研究为MPPT技术的工程应用提供了重要的技术支撑。采用顺序开关分流最大功率调节器(S3RMPR)拓扑结构,通过设计合适的电路参数,实现了MPPT母线调压控制。MPPT控制算法采用扰动观察法,以嵌入式软件的形式内置于单片机中。采用Weinberg升压器实现了高稳定度的负载母线调节。对基于MPPT技术的电源控制器的方案选择、方案设计及实验和测试情况进行了阐述。研制的工程样机可满足深空探测、电推进平台等项目的应用需求。Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique plays an important role in space power systems, which especially suit to the deep space exploration and the electdc propulsion platform of the low-earth-orbit (LEO). For the engineering application of the MPPT technique, the power conditioning unit with the MPPT technique was researched. Based on the topology of the sequential switching shunt regulator maximum power regulator (S3RMPR), the main-bus voltage was controlled with appropriate circuit parameters. The perturbation and observation algorithm was adopted as the MPPT control method, which was embedded in the single-chip microcomputer. Moreover, the Weinberg boost converter was adopted to regulate the load side main-bus precisely. The system selection, system design and experiment result were presented in detail. The developed engineering power conditioning unit could satisfy future applications.
