摘 要:阐述了传统风险优先数排序方法(RPN)的问题和不足,针对这些缺陷,结合冲压机床可靠性分析这个领域,提出一种改进的风险优先数排序方法(ERPN)。改进的排序方法克服了传统方法的缺陷,保证了优先数排序的准确性。利用ERPN方法对某种冲压机床进行了风险评价,确定各工艺过程故障模式的排序等级。进而找到生产工艺过程的薄弱环节,用TRIZ理论对故障模式进行分类及纠正,改善工艺过程中的薄弱环节,进而提高冲压机床的整体可靠性。结果表明:ERPN方法提高了风险优先数的可信度,可操作性强,对提高冲压机床可靠性有重要指导意义。Risk Priority Number Priority method is an important part of the reliability of the study. Paper describes the defects of traditional Risk Priority Number (RPN) , and aims at these defects and combined with punching machine reliability analysis, an important sorting method for risk priority number (ERPN) is given. Improved method overcomes the shortcomings of traditional methods, and ensures the accuracy of the sort priority number. The improved method has carried on the risk assessment for species punching machine, and determine the risk priority rank of each crafting process. Find the weak links in the pro- duction process, use of TRIZ to classify failure modes and strengthen the weak links, thus improving the overall reliability of the punching machine. The results showed : the improved method improves the risk priority number credibility, and has important guiding significance.
