摘　　要：结合DK7732型快走丝线切割机的结构特点、工作原理和加工时的参数设置等内容,分析了铝材加工中存在的问题,提出了改进工艺的方法,并用不同参数值下的切割试验进行论证,可供加工铝材时参考使用。Combining structure characteristics, working principle and processing parameter settings of fast walking thread cutting machine DK7732, analyzes the problems existing in the aluminum processing, proposes process improvement method, and with the cutting tests under different parameter values to demonstrate, provides reference for processing aluminum material.
