摘 要:采用由数控车床、测力仪、高速红外热像仪、扫描电子显微镜等设备组成的试验测试系统,通过使用PCBN刀具低中高速干式车削淬硬钢Cr12Mo V(45±1HRC)试验,揭示了不同切削速度条件下热-力效应对白层厚度的影响规律,分析已加工表面(层)微裂纹的形成机理。结果表明:低速车削时切削力和切削温度对白层厚度的影响较显著;中高速车削时温度对其影响显著,且呈正相关,而切削力对白层厚度的影响不明显。低速车削条件下,热-力耦合促使加工表面(层)组织中产生了明显的微裂纹,高速车削时得到了较为完美的加工表面。The influence law of thermal - mechanical effect on the white layer thickness and the formation mecha- nism of the micro - cracks within the machined workpiece surface were investigated in low, medium, and high speeds dry turning of the hardened steel Cr12MoV(45 ± 1HRC) by utilizing the PCBN inserts and the test system which was made up of the digital control lathe, cutting dynamometer, high speed in- frared temperature measuring instrument, scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), and so on. The results showed that, the influence of both of the cutting temperature and cutting force on the white layer is sig- nificant in low cutting speed turning the hardened steel, while the only cutting temperature has signifi- cant impact on it at cutting high speed. And the relationship between the white layer and the cutting temperature shows positive correlations. The influence of the cutting force is insignificant impact. The obvious micro - cracks do occur within the metamorphic layer owing to the thermal - mechanical effect at the low cutting speed, while the perfect machined surface can be gained at the high cutting speed.
