摘　　要：在"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,不断提高大学生的创业能力,以创业促就业。大学生的创业行动源于创业意愿的形成,文章从实证分析的角度出发,为大学生创业问题提供科学依据。基于陕西J高职院校184名在校大学生的调查数据,从创业认知、创业意向、影响创业的人员因素、创业动机、创业阻碍因素等几个方面分析大学生的创业意愿。通过采用问卷调查及数据分析方法,深入剖析高职学生的创业意愿,得出影响大学生创业意愿的关键因素。在调查结果中显示,高职学生创业意愿受"为其他可能的创业者提供支持、自己家庭有创业的文化传统、为了向自己仰慕的创业者看齐"等因素的影响。最后,文章从建立全方位创业教育体系、加强自主创业政策宣传等提出建议,以期对高职院校开展创业教育提供实证依据和参考。The background of ＂public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation＂ constantly improves the entrepreneurial ability of college students, encourages their entrepreneurship activities, consequently promoting the social employment. College students＇ entrepreneurial activities originate from their formations of entrepreneurial intention, this article provides scientific basis and managerial implications for college students＇ entrepreneurship. Based on the survey of 184 college students in higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi province, this article investigates the entrepreneurial intention of college students from the following perspectives：entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurship influence personnel, and entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurship obstacles. According to the questionnaire survey and data analysis, empirical findings reveal the factors that influence the entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational college students. The investigation of college students in higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi province demonstrates that the will of students starting enterprise is affected by support for potential entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial family culture, follow the example of someone that I admire. We can change mode of cultivating culture, reference for the development of entrepreneurship education and strengthen independent entrepreneurship policy propaganda in higher vocational colleges.
