装备制造业技术协同创新机制协同度评价——基于SIM模型的实证分析

摘　　要：根据复杂系统理论,运用复合系统协同度模型,基于2003-2014年的装备制造业7个子行业和整体行业的面板数据,对我国装备制造业技术协同创新机制协同度进行评价。结果表明,在装备制造业技术协同创新系统中,驱动力机制和资源供给机制协同度比较高,双元协同机制协同度最低;在装备制造业整体行业和各子行业的机制协同度评价中,通用设备制造业、专用设备制造业、电器机械和器材制造业三个子行业的机制协同度较高,交通运输设备制造业、计算机通信和其他电子设备制造业两个子行业的机制协同度则较低。装备制造业技术协同创新机制协同度低的主要原因在于创新主体的协同效应不高,要提高协同效应必须提高各类协同创新平台的利用率,提高基础装备产业核心技术开发能力,发挥政府引导和市场机制双驱动要素的作用。This paper used com plex system synergy degree model to evaluate the synergy degree of equipment manufacturing industry technology synergy innovation mechanism, which based on the panel data of the whole industry and seven subsectors of the equipment manufacturing industry from 2003 to 2014. The research results show that the synergy degree of the driving force and resource supply mechanism is higher, and the dual synergy mechanism is the lowest, which in the equipment manufacturing industry technology innovation system; In the evaluation of the whole and each industry of equipment manufacturing industry, the synergy degree of the three subsectors of general equipment manufacturing, special equipment manufacturing, electric machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is higher, and the synergy degree of the two subsectors of transportation equipment manufacturing, computer communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry is low. Lower synergy effect of innovation main body is the main causes that lower synergy degree of the equipment manufacturing industry technology synergy innovation mechanism,to achieve higher synergy effect,we must improve the utilization rate of all kinds of synergy innovation platform, improve the ability of core technology development in the based equipment industry, and play the role of double drive elements of the government guidance and market mechanism.
