牛淫合剂与阿仑膦酸钠治疗绝经后骨质疏松疼痛的成本-效果分析

摘　　要：目的:采用成本-效果分析比较牛淫合剂与阿仑膦酸钠在治疗绝经后骨质疏松疼痛方面的差异,从药物经济学角度为临床治疗用药提供最佳方案。方法:将64例绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。治疗组给予口服牛淫合剂治疗,对照组给予口服阿仑膦酸钠片治疗。对2组患者治疗后第2,4周的疼痛改善情况进行评价,成本-效果用药物经济学方法进行分析。结果:1治疗后2组疼痛情况均得到明显改善,改善程度及总有效率相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2治疗组成本-效果优于对照组,经敏感度分析后结果仍成立。结论:对于改善绝经后骨质疏松症患者的疼痛症状牛淫合剂效果显著,其疗效与阿仑膦酸钠片无明显差异,但牛淫合剂的成本-效果更好,因此对比阿仑膦酸钠片,牛淫合剂能以更小的经济代价获得更大的治疗收益。Objective：To compare the differences between Niuyinheji （牛淫合剂 ） and Alendronate Sodium in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis pain with the cost-effectiveness analysis in order to provides the best solution for clinical treatment from the perspective Of pharmacoeconomics.Methods：Sixty four cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,32 cases in each group.The treatment group was orally given Niuyinheji,whilc the control group was orally treated with Alendronate Sodium Tablets.The improvement of the pain of the patients in the two groups was observed after the second and fourth weeks of treatment and the cost-effectiveness analysis was used to analyze from the perspective of pharmaeoeconomics.Results： （1） The pain of patients in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05） ; （2） The cost effectiveness of the treatment group was better than that of the control group and the result kept the same after sensitivity analysis. Conclusion：Niuyinheji has an obvious effect to relieve pain of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis and there is no obvious difference between its curative effect and that of the Alendronate Sodium Tablets,but its cost effectiveness is better, so using it can cost less to gain greater benefits of treatment.
