摘  要:采用"规整结构载体制备技术"制备了PHF超低硫柴油加氢精制催化剂,分别以直馏柴油、二次加工柴油及其混合油为原料,将所制备的PHF催化剂与国内外先进的参比催化剂,在中国石油10套柴油加氢精制装置上进行工业应用对比评价。评价结果显示,PHF催化剂原料适应性好、脱硫活性高、活性稳定,且优于参比催化剂。PHF催化剂完全满足装置生产硫含量小于10μg/g清洁柴油的生产需要。The hydrotreating of straight-run diesel oil, secondary processing diesel oil and mixed oil on the developed PHF catalyst for ultra-low sulfur diesel oil was carried out using the "regular structure carrier preparation technology" in 10 sets of diesel oil hydrotreating units of Petrochina to evaluate the activity of the PHF catalyst, which was compared to several advanced reference catalysts. The evaluation results showed that, the catalytic activity of PHF was higher. The PHF catalyst had good adaptability, high desulfurization activity and good stability. The sulfur contents in all the products were lower than 10 μg/g, which could meet the requirements of clean diesel fuel.
