摘  要:聚合物减阻剂具有少量高效的优点,但其抗剪切性不足。分析了聚合物减阻剂的减阻机理及影响因素,综述了近年来聚合物减阻剂的减阻性能及储存稳定性的改进方法,包括嫁接法、改变分子结构、加入表面活性剂、引入缔合型键等,其中,加入表面活性剂可扩宽有效减阻范围、抗剪切性好、减阻更加稳定。对聚合物减阻剂的发展进行了展望。Polymer drag reducers can reduce the energy loss of pipeline transportation effectively, but are easy to degrade. The factors influencing the drag reduction efficiency and the mechanism of the drag reduction were discussed. Several methods for improving the polymer drag reducer performances and storage stability were summarized, including grafting, changing the molecular structure, adding surfactants, introducing associative bond and so on, in which, adding surfactants could improve the performances of the polymer drag reducers in a wider range of the Reynolds number, and provide the better anti-degradation capacity and the longer drag-reduction period. The prospects of the polymer drag reducers were proposed in the end.
