基于微信企业号的医院舆情监测响应系统设计及应用

摘　　要：针对医院网络舆情突发性强、波及面广、易扩散、易放大且本地化明显等特点,设计并实现一种基于微信企业号的医院网络舆情监测响应系统。阐述了利用jsoup实现医院舆情信息定制化搜索的原理,并给出了基于微信企业号开发的监测响应系统关键实现步骤。实践效果表明,此系统对医院舆情信息发现的时效性、准确性有很大帮助。According to the characteristics of hospital network public opinion, such as sudden strong, wide spread, easy to spread, easy to enlarge and localization, the design and implementation of a hospital network public opinion monitoring and response system based on WeChat enterprise. This paper expounds the principle of using jsoup to realize the customized search of hospital public opinion information, and gives the key implementation steps of the monitoring response system based on the development of WeChat enterprise number. Practical results show that this system is of great help to the timeliness and accuracy of the information found in the hospital public opinion.
