摘　　要：结合装配式混凝土结构的特点和发展现状,系统介绍了一幢四层预制混凝土框架结构的设计和施工过程。重点分析了该工程采用的型钢辅助连接装配整体式混凝土框架的设计与施工特点,包括型钢辅助连接和装配整体式混凝土结构的设计、施工验算、构件生产、节点构造和施工措施。此外,还从经济角度对型钢辅助连接装配整体式混凝土框架和现浇框架进行了对比研究。分析表明,型钢辅助连接装配整体式混凝土框架构件质量高、施工快捷、技术经济合理,是一个非常适合建筑工业化发展方向的结构形式。The design and construction process of a four-story building with precast concrete frame was introduced systematically,according to characteristics and development status of precast concrete structure. The research mainly focused on analyzing design and construction features of auxiliary steel connection and monolithic precast connection applied on this case,in terms of structure design,checking calculation of construction,component production,joint construction and construction measures. In addition,the monolithic precast concrete frame with auxiliary steel connection was studied by comparing with the cast-in-place frame from the economic point of view. It is concluded that the monolithic precast concrete structure with auxiliary steel connection is a very suitable structure type for development direction of building industrialization,based on high-quality structural members,construction efficiency,technical and economic rationality.
