摘 要:利用微带谐振器不同折叠方式引起电磁场分布差异从而产生交错谐频的效应,提出一种基于交错谐频的级联式超导带通滤波器设计方法,可以极大地拓宽滤波器的阻带范围。在YBCO/MgO高温超导基片上设计制作了中心频率为200MHz、相对带宽为0.25%的级联式超导滤波器。测试结果表明,该滤波器基频通带与9.1f_0处寄生通带之间的抑制度大于56d B,验证了该设计方法的有效性。Microstrip resonators with different folding structures have different electromagnetic fields, which make harmonics of the resonators differ from nfo. A novel design and optimization method based on cascaded superconducting band - pass filters with staggered harmonics was proposed. The upper stopband was widened up to 9. 1 f0. A ‘ 4 + 2' - type cascaded superconduct- ing filter with a center frequency of 200MHz and a fractional bandwidth of 0.25% was designed and fabricated on YBCO/MgO HTS substrates. The measured stopband rejection between the fundamental passband and the parasitic mode at 9. 1 f0 was greater than 56dB, verifying the validness of the proposed method.
