摘　　要：近年来,我国小区对外开放问题越来越引起人们的关注,就小区开放后对周边道路通行的影响设立了合理的评价指标,建立了关于车辆通行的二流交通模型,对小区开放前后的排队长度、饱和度与延迟时间做出模拟数学的综合评价,以分析不同类型小区结构及周边道路结构、车流量等开放后的效果。In this paper, we established the index system for the evaluation of the impact of community open-up on the connectivity of the surrounding roadways, built the two-fluid traffic model and then evaluated comprehensively the queuing length, traffic saturation and waiting time of the roadways before and after the open-up of the community.
