摘　　要：在分析大中型体育赛事物流需求特点的基础上,从外包服务商的综合能力和可信度两方面入手研究了对物流外包企业进行评价的方式,并通过具体事例进行数据分析,提出了大中型体育赛事物流外包的决策方法。In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the logistics demand of large-and-medium-sized sports events, we analyzed the method for the assessment of logistics outsourcing enterprises in terms of the comprehensive competence and reliability of the outsourcing service providers and then through a data analysis of specific cases, proposed the method of decision- making concerning the logistics outsourcing for large-and-medium-sized sports events.
