摘 要:主要研究电网运维物资从配送中心(电网一级仓)到电网末端仓库(急救包)的配送线路的优化以及配送管理系统的设计与实现问题。首先针对配送线路优化问题,设计了一个基于元启发式方法—变邻域搜索算法的多时间窗车辆路径规划算法;同时,应用百度地图等空间信息技术,设计和实现了一个配送管理系统,并且把以上所设计的路径优化算法嵌入到此系统中。通过实际案例表明此算法对电网运维物资的配送线路有显著的改进效果,设计的系统可减轻电网人员的工作强度,提高了工作效率。in this paper, we mainly studied the optimization of the distribution route of the power grid operation and maintenance materials from the distribution center (grade- 1 power grid warehouse) to the end-point warehouse of the power grid (emergency package) and the issues in the design and realization of the distribution management system. In this paper, we designed the multiple time window VRP algorithm based on a meta-heuristic algorithm-the variable local search algorithm; at the same time, we applied a variety of spatial information technologies to design and realize a distribution management system and then embedded the route optimization algorithm designed above into the system. Next, we demonstrated the effectiveness of the algorithm in improving the efficiency of the distribution route of the power grid operation and maintenance materials through an empirical example.
