摘　　要：以一个车辆器材供应商和军队后勤系统为研究对象,建立了传统的车辆器材库存模型和车辆器材供应商管理库存模型,对比分析了实施供应商管理库存前后供应链上各主体库存成本的变化情况。实例验证表明实施供应商管理库存后,供应链总库存成本降低,军方库存成本降低。在军用车辆器材供应链运行过程中实施供应商管理库存是可行的。In this paper, with a vehicle equipment supplier and the military logistics system as the subject, we built the traditional vehicle equipment inventory model and the VMI model respectively and then compared the changes of the inventory cost of the supply chain members before and after the implementation of the VMI system.
